Like many when I first went through it was clean and quite, do you think my first question is going to be how many phone lines are working' Or am I going to have hot water, nooo that should be a given, I have four phone jacks and only one works, I had no hot water, they come in to fix it and the water heater goes up and my stuff gets ruined do they try making a mends no of course not that would be too much like right. Then my toilet leaks into the living room ceiling, they fixed for a month, and then it leaked again, not mention the air unit sounds like it is going to come through the wall, and the roaches unbeliveable disgusting, the things I saw, the walls are so thin, I never have a parking spot, my water is out again, I have had enough, they run that place like the slums and you know they have the nerve to try and make you feel like you are the only one that thinks this, so when lease time comes up I am out, that piece or poo... Save yourself a huge headache and dont live there.

I am a current resident at Riverview Townhomes and I have enjoyed my stay from day 1, the office staff is so professional and is always willing to help assist with any problems. The rental rates are affordable and you are just minutes away from everything( schools, shopping, the beltway) From what I hear the people who complain are usually the people who dont pay there rent on time or dont comply with the rules of their lease.
