Overpriced for what you get. Mine was "renovated", but still worn down. Had a leaking roof and bedroom window that destroyed ceiling and drywall on wall, not to mention my belongings in the room. Reported it every time it rained... Repair men came quick (with in 24 hours) so I will give them credit for response, but obviously nothing was done correctly.

Parking is a joke. You only get 1 pass. No temporary ones for visitors. No passes get towed starting at 6PM including weekends. There are a ton of empty spaces at all times, so no reason for this. Fights weekly with the tow truck drivers and tenants as cars are hooked up. Cops called almost nightly to the area.

Frequent fly overs from the police helicopter circling the block. My truck was stolen, my motorcycle was stolen, and my Jeep was broken into 6 times. Leasing office refused to put up cameras in lot, would not issue another pass to move vehicles off the street, and basically uncaring about the situation.

Neighbors have no respect for quiet hours, or your property. My grill was always getting used by others as if it was theirs...

Why 3 years' Took that long to fix my credit and get the hell out to a better place. That is their only benefit... bad credit is welcome, but you suffer the consequences for it.

do you park on 4th Avenue? And hey consider yourself lucky, noone in your house knows the officer in the copper and you dont have to worry about there light coming into your window when they fly over.
