If you like overpaying to live in an admitted active construction site, then this place is for you. Starting at 630 in the morning, I listen to jackhammers, bobcats, dumpsters being moved around, you name it. The apartment itself is nice, but the parking garage is a death-trap. Its only a matter of time until there is an accident and they are forced to do something about it. Its really a shame too because it has such potential.

Is this really a fair assessment? Its a known fact that construction will continue thru December. You knew that when you moved in. How are the noise levels from neighbouring apartments? Thats more my concern, as the construction will eventually end. Thank You!
