ok.......this is the LAST rating you need to read

the truth:
very nice and clean......but hey! it's new.......spacious and everything works.......except for my bathtub that doesn't drain well.......parking garage is convenient.......pretty easy access to 295........but if you want to go north up arundel mills blvd, u need to make make a U-turn on the green left turn signal, which can get annoying at times........close to the mall/restaurants/grocery/bank.......the game room is very nice........but someone stole some of the shuffle board equipment and the pool table's surface has waaaaaay too much lint formation.........the tv's are all nice........the media room would be a very good place to host a party........the gym is convenient too.......would like to see a bench press in there, but oh well........new equipment, dumbells, treadmills, etc.........the pool was nice but its closed until next summer.......elevators are a nice touch........24 hour computer rooms is nice with 5 computers.......tried printing there one time, but the printer wasn't working.........overall, i like it here

ok, now on to the bad stuff........

the people who work here are pretty rude.......they kiss your butt trying to get you to sign the lease, but after you move in, the hospitality is out the window.......they should be here to serve the residents........i tried going in to pick up a package or just DROP OFF A RENT CHECK, and i was told to wait.......i waited 10 minutes patiently.......she didn't even ask what i needed assistance with.......so i just interrupted her and gave her the check and left........

the construction is construction.......we knew what we were getting ourselves into when we signed the lease.........i don't mind it at all, but when i see them snooping around the hallways and one time trying to OPEN MY DOOR when i was home, i had to say something to mgmt.......

that leads me to security........two times i saw the "suspicious" person wandering the parking garage in the early hours of the morning when i leave for work........dark shorts, dark hoodie pulled over his head.........anyone in the world can walk the grounds and enter buildings.........not safe at all.........they need to hire security to monitor the garage at night

that leads me to the garage situation.......very very nice........but very very poorly designed.........HUGE construction trucks dominate the bottom levels........you can't make safe turns........i guarantee i witness 2-3 accidents before i move out next summer.........mirrors were recently installed, but i always see people zooming through

the walls are very thin........my alarm clock is the baby who lives next door........wow.......paper thin

and the blinds let in 95% of the light........at night, 3 or 4AM, i see the GLOW from the unfinished apartments across the street..........some reason all the lights are on inside the construction zone/unfinished apartments........and in the morning,,,,,,,forget about it.......once the sunlight enters, your room is lit up

like i said, overall, i really like this place........i love the aspect that it is BRAND NEW and just about everything should and does work fine.........its very close to DC and baltimore.......easy 100 and 295 freeway access.........the amenities are nice..........please, do NOT complain of the price........you KNEW the price when you filled the application and signed the lease.......so that is a cop out excuse..........

as for me, my time is limited in maryland.......i just moved here for the year until i move back home........so to live here for 1 year is not a problem........few inconveniences, but nothing DRASTIC........very tolerable.........

bottom line.......would i recommend'''''''

yes

FYI: Apartments are supposed to have, either, blinds or curtains installed. Curtains work better, but they are more expensive. So, most of them settle for blinds. It's not "nice" of them to put up blinds. Or, do you also think it's "nice" of them to provide furnished kitchens and bathrooms? What about the closets?

you posted under the same IP address.......way to defend your company........im not really understanding your questions.......its a nice place to live.........i dont care how much curtains cost or how much blinds cost.........im just saying LIGHT enters the room........i dont sleep in anyways, but for someone who is photophobic and needs total darkness, then forget about it.......game over........also, why are ALL THE LIGHT ON in the apartments across the street when there is still construction going on in them.........walk out there at 4am and you will know exactly what i mean.........oh yea, and why does the street cleaning truck come every friday morning at 3am........very very annoying........also, why do i have to pay for valet trash and on top of that i get charged an additional $25 from studabaker submetering for dumpsters that I HAVE NO ACCESS TO.,,,,,,,,so that's about 50 dollars i have to pay for TRASH........include that in my list of complaints........
