this is unreal. bozutto charges me $20 a month for valet trash service. then when i got my first bill from the water department i found out i am charged an additional $25 from them to remove my trash. i called them to complain but they said they have no control over what the water department charges us. so i called studabaker and they said that was the agreement plan they made with our leasing company. so here i am paying $45 to throw away my trash. i have lived in other apartments before and have never paid for trash service. we are essentially paying for bozutto's huge construction trash pick up. each resident living here is picking up their bill.

Ha! I was told a week ago that the valet trash fee was mandatory and that there was no way out of it! Again mixed signals, red flags and doubt! Furthermore, I called and asked about the valet/dumpster fees after reading these posts and two leasing office agents assured me that tenants were only to pay the $20 valet trash fee. In fact, both of them stated that they had never heard of the dumpster fee from studabaker and that it's probably just residents getting confused with their water usage fees. They are making fools of themselves over there! Thank god I took back my deposit!
