I would like to thank everyone for the fair warning. I paid my security deposit 2 weeks ago and was all set to move next month until I was told about this site and read the reviews. Funny thing is that a Bozzuto employee (not from The Arbors) suggested this site. I called the leasing office to get a refund on my deposit but can not get in touch with "Elizabeth". I left over 5 messages and everytime she is "in a meeting". One of the leasing agents offered to discount my rent and even remove the hidden trash fees, but the problems go farther than that.

The security is a big issue with me and when 3 cars have been burgularized in less than three months, a red flag pops up. The way the staff is avoiding me is also a bad sign.

I will write an update when I do get my deposit back. In the meantime, I think I found a great place in Columbia for hundreds less than this rip-off.
