I visited this place last week and fell in love. Everything was new and it was a great location. The staff informed me about the valet trash fees but after reading many residents are paying Studebaker as well for the trash service, I am very hesitant about this issue. Unless I hear confirmation that Bozzuto reimburses the residents for this double-dipping, I will have to believe the people on this site. The payment of $45 for trash is outrageous and would be a burden to many people. The security issue is always a concern living near Baltimore. I did ask the Bozzuto staff member about it, since the mall is just down the street, and she assured me there were no issues with any break-ins. I am not sure who to believe on this one. If there were actual break-ins in the parking garage, then the employee lied to me and that is definitely a sign of poor customer relations.

Until I hear more about the trash fees and what Bozzuto plans to do to the residents who are paying double, I will have to leave negative comments and hold my deposit.

It is a very nice place and clean, but these warnings I have read on here should not be taken lightly.
