Our car was broken into over the week-end. We didn't leave anything expensive in the car. I guess, they were just desperate to steal anything. I'm starting to think that the thieves live here. They seem to know the area very well; how to get around, when to come and where to look. The gates have been broken for almost a week. Then, what good are the gates, when the garage is not secured in any way' The one side is open to everyone, and the other side is just blocked by an arm.

I hate this place, and can not wait for my lease to expire. I was unaware of the whole being charged twice for trash thing, and I'm glad I found out about it. My water trash bill is about the same as my BGE every month, and I think the only people with worse people skills then the office staff here are the customer service representative at Studebaker. The noise is ridiculous. The crime rate is horrible. If you are reading this and thinking about living here, seriously, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

can you please elaborate on the water/trash bill, and roughly how much your water/trash bill comes to be the same as your BGE bill? Please cite actual costs. I am thinking about moving into AA. Thank you.

Not the original poster, but my Studebaker bill clearly states $20 Flat fee for "Trash". The leasing agent told me that the $25 valet should be included in your monthly rent. It is clearly written on my lease agreement when I put down my deposit.

nah. the 25.00 for trash is not included in rent. it's included in your water bill. whoever told you it was included in rent was mistaken

I live at the Belmont Station Apartments in Elkridge also owned by Bozzuto. We also have valet trash, but it is included in our rent payment ($25). Our Studebaker bill is only for our water. I am so glad I chose Belmont Station over AA!!
