ANOTHER WARNING LETTER LEFT ON MY DOOR!!!!!!

This is a warning to all. Another note was left on my door. I was thinking, is this another note to tell me my package was at the leasing office because the UPS guy never makes his runs' Or was this another warning about the car break-ins and vandalism reported in the parking death trap'
Nope.
It was ANOTHER letter warning residents about the 1/2 naked black male roaming the parking garage early in the morning. Yup, he was seen again this week in the stairwell pleasuring himself in our "gated community".
You see, when I originally toured this place, the "sales person" told me this was a newly developed GATED community. I guess it is totally my fault to believe that people walking around the buildings and garage are residents of these apartments. Excuse my ignorance.
So I suppose, the next time I see someone playing pocket pool at 5am in the stairwell, I should call the "rent-a-cop" who lives here and he will come and save the day.
Better yet, the next time I pull upto the parking gate, turn my engine off, get out of my car to wave the fob in front of the sensor, return to my car, restart my engine, pull into the garage, and see some guy with his pants down, I should report it to the leasing office so they can have a "townhall meeting" to discuss the situation.
I feel for the parents living at the Arbors who have children. Or the single females who live here. For this to be happening to them, especially when they are dishing out $45 a month TOTAL for trash pickup, is unheard of.
By the way, I saw another accident today in the parking garage. Yeah, it's definitely not Bozzuto who was out there laying the concrete, but someone from Bozzuto sure had to SIGN OFF on the final product.
What it all comes down to is Bozzuto RUSHED things in construction, design, the details, and planning so they could "open" as schedule. They obviously cut corners to make deadlines. Instead of using touch up paint to correct the fine details, they instead tossed a huge bucket of paint to cover up the slight imperfections. One or two slight imperfections can be overlooked. But when multiple residents are complaining over the same issues, then that is what I consider a problem. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

Wow, I have never felt better about taking back my deposit!
Everyone said I was crazy to pass up a brand new apartment in such a great location but I just couldn't get rid of those uneasy feelings!
As you said, it's awful for the families and single girls like myself who have to live there. Let's hope it doesn't take someone getting hurt before Bozzuto steps in to make some changes! Good luck to you! Hopefully this next year goes by fast!
