This is insane! I received a move-in email explaining my move-in date, which was supposed to be December 8th, and the email said my new move-in date will be a week later! I tried calling the staff about 5 times and each time I was told the manager was in a meeting. She never called back until 2 days later. Anyways, she said the construction is running behind schedule and they need to make sure the building is safe before anyone starts moving in. Well, my lease is up this weekend and now my current property manager, which is also Bozzuto, is charging me a ridiculous prorated charge of $50/day for each additional day I stay over my initial lease. All I got was a "Sorry". I had the U-Haul truck all reserved a month in advance and now I have to reschedule it. I also had my family brother flying in from out of town to help me move and now he needs to schedule his flight. This is one big headache. From the ratings on this site to the unprofessionalsm by the Arbors staff for not returning my calls promptly, I am seriously regretting this place. What seemed like the perfect apartment is turning into an absolute nightmare. I am still going to move in and will keep everyone updated on my situation, but until then, I can not recommend this place to anyone based on my experience so far.

$50/day probably isn't too much to ask. That works out to $1500/mo., I'm sure your rent isn't so much less than that, though it sounds that you are having some unfortunate problems.
