I moved in not too long ago. I came in to the office needing to find a place to live as soon as possible. I picked out my apartment that day. In the two weeks from when I had leased and moved in I was in constant contact with the staff about my apartment. The staff even helped me set up my utilities.

Since moving in, I haven't had any problems with my apartment. I had to go out of town and the office staff collected it for me and left it on my counter. I have never had a problem finding a parking spot, even if I get home late at night.

Whenever I go to the office, even if the staff is busy, they always acknowledge me. I love that I can come pay rent and get coffee and a cookie, and say hi. Most of the staff has tried to get to know me or at the very least asks how I am doing.

I love my apartment and so do my visitors.
