OK. Unless you've tried to sleep in 90 degree sauna called your apt., I don't think you actually understand how awful that can be. AC has been broken for past 3-4 days since the heat wave hit DC area. Majority of the AC units are down because apparantly they were too cheap to buy decent units to support these homes. They are blaming the tenants for taxing the units too hard (they said do not set it below 20 degrees outside temp.). And then they have the nerve to not tell us when they can fix it. I want to go tomorrow and kick the whole place down and let 'em try to sleep in this heat oven. When I came back to my apt after work, it was over 93 degrees. please describe your unit and apartment number. i have not had any issues with my A/C. but then again, i don't tax it beyond reasonable settings.

jajarbinks123, Why do you have to know the apartment no.? Are you Bozzuto?(It seems like it.) Now,if the AC is malfunctioning or broken then fix it Bozutto! What 20 degress lower than the outside temp? Is there a rule to that? The thermostat should be set to the comfortable temperature you like. Seems like a cheap AC for an advertised upscale community. What can I say: All the elements of GREAT LIVING: Arbors at Arundel Preserve.

It is peculiar another poster would ask for an apartment number. One of the residents at 1901 West has been without A/C for 13 days!!!!!!! Bozzuto properties seem to have gone to ---- after I transfered overseas. I thought they would be a safe bet as I was extremely pleased with my first apartment with them.

Crappy AC forever! The work man actually came into my appt, and DUCT taped wires together to make it work. He said, " Hmm, yea, that will work." It takes ALL day for an appt on the top floor to cool down. And it has to run all the time. I was told that EVERY UNIT in my building was faulty, and work was being done now to take advantage of the warranty. I moved in on January 15th 2008. Guess what? Im moving out TOMARROW! Thank god.
