We've had an okay experience so far, but will not be renewing our lease. It sounds like the people above us are dropping bowling balls on the floor all day and night and I can even hear their phone ring, thats how thin the walls are. Our other neighbors have surround sound and so its like having Jurrasic Park in my apt every day of my life.

We asked the maint. man to hang a mirror, and he actually hung it so high that its touching the ceiling and now we look like we live in a funhouse. The air was out for AN ENTIRE WEEKEND during a heatwave and there was no type of apology, or comp given.

There is essentially no good visitor parking, yet there are like 500 spaces free in the garage and they claim to tow anyone who doesnt have a pass (I'd like to see them try to tow someone out of there). You almost get run into DAILY trying to drive through the garage.

They put up rediculous security gates that do absolutely nothing becuase we get a notice on our door every week saying there is a naked man running around the properties exposing himself (I kid you not...) or that cars are being broken into.

The people in the office are rude and not helpful, they have messed up our rent on numerous occasions, and don't care if you wait in the lobby for htem for 45 minutes, regardless of if you have an appt or not.

Moving in IS AWFUL especially in the summer months...the elevator is in the most impractical place and we ended up hauling 3 peoples furniture up two flights up stairs and it was the most grueling moving process I've had so far.

The apts are new so they are nice, but the walls are so think that my curtain rods are actually coming out of the walls.

I wake up every day AND WEEKEND to the construction across the street.

It would be okay if the rent wasnt going up, but not worth the giant hassle of moving in. I had less issues living in the middle of Baltimore.
