I have looked at Arbors at Arundel Preserve several months ago. It was out of my price range at the time and after seeing a majority of the comments I am glad I didn't move there.
I read an ad today in the classifieds for a 1 bedroom with den. The poster says it's a great place with great people. Yet, he is terminating the lease early. He is even giving 1/2 a month free plus the $200 security deposit.
