I was considering moving to this complex at the end of my lease in the Luxurious (haha) 1901 West Apartment Community in Annapolis, MD. Not now. Thanks to this site and the reviews from past and present residents, I will not go from one nightmare living situation at 1901 West to another bad situation.
Finally, a site where rental residents can communicate to each other!

PS, in return, don't move to 1901 West!! I think it may be worse.

I considered moving to Arbors also (when I first moved into the area), but I am glad I didn't. Unfortunately, I too am a 1901 West resident. We should have an ApartmentRatings.com pool party.

Hey all...I have lately had some issues with the staff but I LOVE the community, amenities and room. We don't have noise problems and the convenience is great. While the staff has obvious shortcomings, I would not discount this complex because of them...

I currently live in the Arbors and hate every minute of it. I live adjacent to a deranged mad boy who bangs on the wall, stomp the floor, etc, etc. I've heard, of course, the front apartments are most quiet.
