I moved in 11/01/08 and simply love this community. I have had NO issues/concerns with break-ins, trash, noise, thin floors/walls. Thus, far all I can say is GREAT things about the Arbors at Arundel Preserve. Well, I can say that some areas of the community has way too much doggie poo and I think dogs should be walked in their own private park or etc.

I agree with the private dog walking area. The poop is disgusting!
