I just wanted to take a minute to say how kind and helpful the leasing staff is here at the Arbors. They really do truly care about their community and the people who live in it. I applaud the Bozzuto management group for hiring such a great staff from top to bottom. This is a very pleasant place to live with a great feel of home. Thanks for everything Arbors staff! You're the best!!

Hey guys,give them some credit for they have improved their customer service with the new staff. Some of the old unfriendly staff had been gone. My comment on the new (neophyte) staff is to concentrate on the responsiveness /follow-through of the issues/complaints of residents. Overall, the service was improved.
