I went in, I was ready to sign, and I walked out disgusted. I had my check in my hand, but the leasing lady there did a wonderful job convincing me with her horrible sales tactic... Watch out for something like "sign now, or you won't get this deal!" and soon as you sign a leasin, the next day they lower $100 bucks and first month free deal, and you're stuck with the overpriced lease..

Something is seriously wrong with this leasing management, except for one guy working there. Rest of the ladies are just wasting Bozzuto's time and money.

When you walk in, they look like bunch of deer on a headlight. They stare at you like, "huh' eh' what does he want' huh' Am I suppose to say hello' what''" Someone needs to train those ladies.. Seriously.. So, if you're interested in this place, avoid those ladies and ask for the only guy.. He knows how to show you and help you answer your questions. Also, make sure to visit their online site to see their availability and print them out, because they will not tell you about several available rooms, but rather, try to stick you with those rooms that no one wants..
