I was so excited about moving into this community initially.
The complex is attractive and diverse.
After a few months however, it seems like the leasing staff ran a special on the rates and all the sudden it feels like an entirely different element is here.
I've reported people smoking marijuana in the hallways...
Someone stole the flat screen from the play room in the exerise area (they have not replaced it). The computer in the play room has never functioned (just for show on the tour)... People have stolen some of the free weights....
The business center is for everything BUT business (people watching videos w/o ear buds).... what else... The fire alarm goes off if you boil water... The grill by the pool never has gas in it...The gate is always broken...The utilities are expensive and the staff is severely lacking. They try, but they do the bear minimum and always seem to be very distant fearful). Maybe it's because they are so young... But this could be a really great place to live if it was managed properly. Right now, it's just a hot fiery mess.

Hey...I wrote a nasty post a while back cause I wasn't happy here but I've been here a little over a year and things aren't awful. Your post is an exaggeration, though. The weights are all there, so don't lie. I never saw a TV in the playroom, so I'm not sure why you say it was stolen. My alarm doesn't go off (it does if I neglect the vent fan). Never saw any drugs, people are generally alright (little closed off and snobby though). At least they don't make a mess or a lot of noise. I can usually get a computer downstairs, but ya there are often kids hanging around...and our utilities aren't bad at all. The pool is always next to vacant so you never have to fight for a seat. And we finished off the gas at the pool two weeks ago. Just use the one in the courtyard and be glad the gas is free. Our electric is always around $75/mo and water is $50 (including the trash). Staff is not great but believe it or not, they were WORSE. So...let's be honest. It's not AWFUL.
