My experience living at the Arbors was okay, to say the least. I only have some complaints because I'm particularly fastidious about the money I'm spending and what I'm getting out of it (who isn't').

Things I loved about the Arbors: (1) Covered parking; (2) 24/7 fitness center; (3) newer apartments w/new appliances; (4) location.

Things to be considered: (1) too pricey for the square footage; (2) lack of closet/storage in apartments - no linen closet in the 1br'! (3) covered parking is only for traffic control - not keeping the wrong people out!!! (4) no controlled entry - anyone can walk into complex; (5) small stackable washer and dryer; (6) one outlet in the restroom; (7) no lights or ceiling fans installed in bedrooms; (8) one window and no screen on the balcony door!! (9) the traffic noise from Arundel Mills Blvd. carries and echoes in the courtyard.

Overall, I had a good experience with the Arbors. The office staff was always more than helpful. I moved into a newer apartment complex with more square footage for way less than what I was paying for at the Arbors. The economy is hitting us all. I can't afford a home on my own in MD and I sure can't afford an apartment on my own either:0 I'll miss the Arbors because of it's location. The trails behind the neighborhoods were perfect for walking/running my dog. Just be sure to avoid not so great areas.

which apartment complex did you move into? i am at the arbors too, but i'm looking for something more economical. thanks!
