Moved in to this great place in January and not disappointed at all. The apartments are large and floor plans are very well designed. Since this a new construction, I did have some issues that I had to report to the office and each and every one of them were handled either the same day or no later than the next. Exceptional service! The location cannot get any better, walking distance to a famous coffee spot, grocery store, fast food, Arundel Mills Mall and major highways.

How is the safety in the area and the noise level?

Utilities are really hard to determine. Really depends on your lifestyle, but I can tell you that the water bill is about $15 - $25 a month. Electric for lights and air conditioning are running around 110 - 130 and I keep the air off during the day when I'm not home. When I'm home the thermostat is set at 76. Gas is used for cooking and water heater and that isn't very high at all and is included in the BGE bill. During the winter months that I've been here (Jan, Feb), my BGE bill was what I thought quite high, around $300. But once I started paying attention to the thermostat, I did get my bill down to just under 200 by March.

How is the staff? We viewed this apartment complex over the weekend and were left a little disappointed by the attitude of one of the staff members. We are not naive enough to base our whole decision on our experience this past weekend, but I'm just curious as to what your experince has been.
