A great place to live if you don't own a car.

The apartments are nice. The community is nice. The location is nice. Parking is non-existent. If you come to see the apartments during the day, it looks like there is plenty of parking. Before you sign a lease, drive through the apartment complex at about 10pm. You will see that there is no parking available. To make things worse, there are still a lot of vacancies. I have no idea where everyone is going to park once the rest of the apartments have been built and the current vacancies are filled. Seriously, unless you have a bike or ride the bus, look elsewhere.
