No issues I have lived withint this apartment complex for about 7 months and have not had any issues that you would not find living in an apartment. This place is overpriced, however, location is a big reason! Good luck trying to find a place that is not overpriced living this close to DC.

Not Worth the $$$$ Parking is horrible.
Walls are paper thin.
Electric is too high for small apartments.
Cheap carpet.

Not secure-there are better place for this pricing I have lived here since Oct 09, every few day we get a notice indicating roberry wheather it is a car or a apartment breakup infact got one yesterday.
I come in from work after 8 and there is almost no parking.
I have to pay for waste removal

Noisy The Elms is nice and clean community but I have a neighbors who is very inconsiderate and noisy. I cannot relax at my home bcz he always has party or listens to terrible loud music.Even when I am writing this review I can hear loud music sound like a disco-tech.

A Great Place To Live!!!! Moved in to this great place in January and not disappointed at all. The apartments are large and floor plans are very well designed. Since this a new construction, I did have some issues that I had to report to the office and each and every one of them were handled
