almost all the time the closet door falls.
lots of mouse holes and there are a lot of
cockroaches.no exhaust fan in the bathroom.
main thing in this apartment they don't have rules because they said there is utility free but they charge every summer almost$200.00 for each airconditioner they did not even mention how many airconditioner you could put according to the size of apartment.They didn't have fixed rules about air condition some time they charged money and some time they didn't charge and even they didn't mentioned the amount shown above is for new tenant or for old tenant.They are charging the amount shown above whenever they want this make tenant confusion.If tenant want to know about the fee for fixing the a/c they answer differnt to the different tenant.So there is a question how many a/c tenat can fix in the apartment according to the size of bedroom and if utility is free why tenant should pay amount $200.00 for each a/c and also is this for new tenant had to pay or old tenant had to pay'

YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR AIR CONDITIONERS. I have lived there for two years and I have NEVER paid for mine, and I have at least two every summer running in my apartment!
