Please do not move here! The property manager has no respect for the residents; black, white, latino, or asian it doesn't matter. Rules change from one day to the next! The web site says pets are welcome, but don't get caught on the property by the property manager! I have only lived here a year and in that time we had to organize a tenant association after everyone recieved a bill for utilites, which is supposed to be free! The owner sent a letter to the tenants apologizing for the bill, but the damage had been done.
Oh, by the way when I moved in I had a roach problem and a year later I still have a roach problem! I had my parking priviliges suspended, because I was told I can't put washer fluid in my car, you can't work on your car on the premises. Just recently I was told by the office manager I could park in the parking lot again.
Stay away from Ager Road if you want peace of mind. You won't find it here, only harrassment....and unexplained requests for additional money from such things as $200 for a second air conditioner, pet fees, late fees, courtroom costs, legal fees, parking decals etc...Finally, on Monday August 7, 2006 I was told by the Office manager that I can't sign a 12 or 24 month lease, only month to month and if I choose to move I have to submit my request at the first of the month giving the rental office 30 days advance notice...
Which means I have to wait to September 1st, 2006 and will have to pay rent for the months of August and September.
