I read the reviews for this apartment after my friend have sent her half of the deposit. And I can see what eveyone is talking about, Robert Thatcher is a waste of a human being! He is very rude and have hung up on a friend's roommate twice after he was told that they did not want to move in after readin apartment rating. He flat out refuse to talk to them till he gets all of their money. The other lady in the office with him is just as rude. And is not helpful at all. I do not recommand anyone to move in to this apartment. If anyone could give me information on how to contact Berman Management and any other Association so I can help my friend and others get their deposits back. Thanks, and I pray that Ager Road Station management get all the things they have done to people in the past 3 times as worst as they dished out.

I was an actual resident there for only a few months, and I can DEFINITELY vouch for the fact that the customer service there is just atrocious. To say that Robert Thatcher is rude, is truly an understatement. That man is flat out racist and he will not hesistate to show it. I was young and inexperienced when I moved there, into my first apt, but after not 1, but 2 burglaries, within one week, I was surely ready to move. I felt unsafe, and on top of that, I was told that my door wouldn't be repaired unless I footed the bill. He even had the audacity to tell me flat out that it was probably one of my family members who did it. I wouldn't recommend this complex to an animal, let alone a person.
