What makes the resident manager think she's better than anybody else. She' signing notices for Robert who is nowhere around ,telling people that they have to pay $300 dollars to them for AC which is suppose to be free. We now know what they say about you and Robert is true. By the way Lorraine I live on your side. When we look up at your window ,you still have your a/c in. Don't use your son as an excuse. By the way Robert needs to stop having Freddie wash his SUV on the property, being he don't want tennants to anything to pour water/windsheild, to say the least if putting something he's threating and hasrssing them. Robert we saw you slam the hood on the Hispanis man's finger. You need to stop cussing out peoples children. What the heck dou you think playground is for Maintance has his running even though he's in the basemennt apartment. You can hear it running. You have a lot of serious issues. One day you will know what it is to be without. No job, no place to live rent free. All the bad things that you have help Robert do is comiming back on you. Have you ever hearded of divine intervention' This place is going to be shut down by the State of Maryland for being such a slumlord and crappy management. I pray for God to have some mercy on you and Robert. Just in case you forgot you reap what you sow, and you have really sowed a lot of bad seeds. Make it right with those you have messed over. yes everything this resident is saying is true, i know her personally she smokes crack and she goes to the building next door 2809 to smoke with that lady; aswell she gave her daughter and going away party sleep over in the vacant apartment before she left because one of her daughter friend (sisters) the one that didn't graduate and the freek of the ager road/kirkwood told someone about the party, my nephew and his friends wanted to go but i didn't allow them to go also she and orlando smoke on there lunch break; yeah everyone knows that but lorraine has good days and bad days bady days watch your rent because she will apply your money order/check to someone elses rent and blame robert; yeah we know who's behind it all (lorraine) i feel sorry for her daughters because they think there mother is clean from drugs and she isn't. asked the residents that no longer lives on the property they will tell; also she's hiding a car on the premises from eastern motors!!!!! how come you live on the property with no rent and have no money@@@@ DRUGS!!!!! rOBERT JUST DON'T KNOW THEN AGAIN HE PROBABLY DO KNOW JUST DON'T GIVE A DAMN BECAUSE HE HAS A NO TEETH ASSISTANT TO BE THERE WHEN HE CANT; I'M SORRY ROTTEN TOOTH ASSISTANT; SHE NEEDS TO KEEP HER MOUTH CLOSE BECAUSE IF I HAD A MOUTH LIKE THAT I WOULD KEEP IT COVER ALL THE TIME; GOOD LUCK TO THE NEW RESIDENTS THAT WANTS TO RESIDE IN THE HELL HOLE AGER ROAD!!!!!
