The apartment has been pest-ridden from day one. The exterminator has come out 3 times (a couple times they put me on a wait list because he was booked for the day - that tells you something in itself). The bedroom is usually about 66 degrees Celcius in winter evenings. I've called and complained about the heat not working, radiators are as cold as can be. They don't do anything to address the problem. I've also seen mice. The office staff are inadequate, don't return calls, behave as though they're stupid or just don't care. And to top it off, the property manager is rude, antagonistic, verbally abusive and aggressive. He tries to intimidate people into submission by shouting, screaming and threatening eviction and charges against tennants. He's crazy! He must be to behave that way. Seems to think that harrassing tennants is a better method of dealing with them that going through legal channels. He's even been arrested in an altercation with a tennant. God only knows what else he's done! The amazing thing is that this place (and its management) has gone under the radar of the authorities for so long.
