For the price of 800.00 for a one bedroom apartment, it is almost worth putting up with. Going across the street to use the often broken laundry facilities. Or the constant clatter of cockroaches, not only in kitchen but everywhere, and i mean everywhere. Parking is ample. Robert the property manager, seems to have some form of disorder where he is nice one day and evil incarnate the next. The deception of advertising of "all utilities included," and then trying to charge for all utilities.

Deplorable Squalor? I think thats going a little too far. Obviously you are exaggerating.I live in these apartments and I don't have any roaches, if you don't want roaches you do your own exterminating between the times the management sends the exterminator.
