The review posted on 8/13 is totally correct...the apartments are old and you can definately tell by the inside. There are years worth of paint on all walls, the only difference is that there was clean (new'') carpet down in all rooms. The kitchen is horrific, the floor tiles in the kitchen and bath need replacing! The fridge is also a fright! All appliances are definately old and worn. Most of my outlets don't even supprt 3 pronged appliances...so it's likely if I do not find some sort of adapter I will not even be able to use surge protectors for my TV's and Computer equpiment! I was very disappointed because the apartment I was told I would be renting was switched at the last second, and I had no other choice but to accept the one available! The only "plus" to this place is that they will work with you as far as credit, rental history, etc. But, at the same time it feels like they take advantage of these situations with poor quality, & service.
