Whoever would move into an apartment and not look inside is an idiot. I went to the leasing office to inquire about a three bedroom and behold : Rude ASS Robert. Wouldn't you be suspicious if someone wouldn't allow you to view a property before you sign a lease' I was asking general questions that a reputable community would of answered but Robert, would not make eye contact, then he got agressive. Why would you accept the view of a model, knowing that no one lives in it, that there is no wear and tear. If you can take the time to show a model, then you could show an actual apartment. I have reported his Hill Billy Ass to the Equal Opportunity Divison at Department of Housing and Development(HUD). And yes I do believe he is racist. he will be the way he is as long as you tenants allow it. Since he is the owner, move. If he has no tenants then he can not make any money. The people that are complaining I hope you are making some choices to vacate because I would never put up with roaches, bed bugs, etc. Has anyone call the health inspector' the number is 301-883-6100. Make a difference.

I totally agree with this person. Unfortunately I do live here but one thing this person said is true. Don't take no for answer to something as simple as seeing an apartment or repairs/maintenance. CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT, they will come out. I had to do it and had the repairs made to my bathroom the next day. Robert gets fined for the problems made to the health department and if enough people will call and complain he will keep up with the maintenance.

If you come back and read this--I hope you do--Robert Thacker is not the owner. I am one of the owners and I had no idea this site existed or about any of these problems and I assure you, this is not acceptable to me!!!
