It's unbelieveable how Robert and staff think they can make someone sign a lease/contract without first showing the apt you are getting. It's the most ridiculous thing i've ever heard of. Plus if you happen to have put down a deposit already, even without signing a contract, and change your mind and no longer want to rent there, they deny you the possibility of getting your deposit back, which is whole month's rent. I WOULDN'T recommend it in a million years!
