I lived at Ager Road Station for six years, between 1997 and 2003. A the time I left, I was paying roughly $630/month - it may be more now.
I had minimal issues with roaches when I was there, except for when other apartments were sprayed. I never experienced an issue with bed bugs.
With the exception of Robert's classist & racist views(I'm a Black Man and he didn't even *try* to hide his views the day I met him so I made it point to avoid working with him unless absolutely necessary), my dealings with the staff there were pleasant and they were generally responsive when I had maintenance issues - most of my issues were resolved by the next day.
If you do consider moving in, however, be very careful and precise on your move-in checklist. When I moved out, they tried to sue me for things that weren't in the apartment in the first place! In addition, the tow truck operators are MERCENARY! Make sure your pass is *always* visible.
