I have lived here since 2003 and its a tale. Theres only one person in the leasing office who I can tolerate (she is professional but will keep it real with you L.P.) all the rest seem to be a waste.The property managers change every couple of months. Maintenance seems to come and go also a couple of months you have people who are willing to do good by the tenants and the others are no where to to be found.(high turnover) You have to call numerous times before they finally do something ( well not really sometimes numerous turns into never getting around to it) and then its half-way done. Changing over to winter to summer seems to always be a problem either they cant get the air to work on-time or the heat goes in and out witch is no biggie to me i love the cold( but its not freezing a little clothing might help)Pipes bursting is the all time favorite so it seems in the winter. In a year i think I had 3 leaks one that damaged my entire bathroom.(That was fixed in no time)

They have made changes, all seem to worth them trashing up the dumpster area.

Roaches all complex have them its just a matter of if you keep you apartment clean.I don't have a roach problem, now when i moved in I did Pine Sol seem to really done the trick, as opposed to some other cleaners i used witch seem to attract the MFs They just recently change the company which really doesn't matter to me.

Kitchens and bathrooms too small. The cabinets are falling of the wall in the kitchen and needs to be replaced.All the rest of the apt is nice great space.Best luck get the upgraded apartments.

From what I have notice some floors are noisy as some are quiet so find out who your neighbors are(median age on floor). Stay clear of the old ladys they stay in you business.Oh, I forgot mail is scattered all over the floor on big mailings day witch are usually Monday & Fridays

Parking- Can be hell everyone seems to migrate to this building in the winter so parking can get really bad.The visitors are now free to park any where except for RESERVED spots(too many of them)VISITORS spots(not enough), regular spaces (tight & and close prox. of the next row of cars)People dont know how to freaking park. The towing company ABS too many ignorant people working there(Imagine Uncle Peanuts Towing services.)

Things could use a little work but my stay is durable.Overall good experience if you focus on your own apt. and you create a good space for yourself. I would say great for a first move but to live for year after year renting is a waste.
