Noise and more than one family in one apartment!

I am less than 6 months into renting at Queenstown Apartments. When I signed my least I was not told how busy the area really is, the leasing agent told us that this was a quiet community with great service. My complaint are the family living above me,who refuse to turn the music down they play so loud up until sometimes 10pm at night that no one can sleep or study or let concentrate. I have called the police several times, sent faxes to the rental Manager, even knocked on the door of the apt, walk across the floor with no respect. And two familites are sharing a two bedroom. For the rent they charge the complex is not worth you will have nothing but headaches and promises. The building stays dirty. Don't do it they only won't your money, NO ONE WILL CARE! Please review other reviews. DON'T DO IT! God Bless!
