I am very disillusioned by the treatment my roommate and I have been treated. My apartment flooded by a faulty new roof insulation. We were told that maintenance could not tell us how long it would take to begin the repair. How is that fair''' Is this an eviction'''' When headquarters were called, they have not offered any assistance at all. I am totally hurt by this response. It was bad enough that each encounter I had with Steve in management, it left me confused. Telling the truth is simple. My review comes after many unresolved concerns. What does a tenant have to do to get respect'''

Management apologizes for the leak due to the new roof, however it is resolved and we take full responsibility when the leak happened. We also recommend that all renters get renters insurance for renting issues such as this which covers alot of things.....To answer your question it is not your fault!
