I just want to thank the new manager for taking the time to solve my problems in my apartment. For a whole couple of years I haven't been able to get previous management to solve even a single problem out of the lot, but you really proven that you are one of a kind; you are not just great but awesome manager. I really appreciate your quick response and your wonderful human relations. Thank you so much! I would recommend this community now that the new manager is there!
