I lived in this building from August 2003-December 2003. First there were roaches everywhere!!! In the microwave, dishwasher, bathroom and bedrooms. My apartment was exterminated all this time but the roaches never left. Parking is not great unless you have an assigned spot. Also you have to wait 10 mins for the elevator whenever coming in and out. There is a pool but there were often stray cats that went swimming in it. There were washers and dryers on every floor, but they were relatively expensive ($1.50) The good thing about it is a good location.
