I moved into Avondale in August 2006 and I haven't really had any problems. We had a little roach problem at one point which management said was because the people above us were living in filth. I would recommend Avondale to anyone. It's deninetly the nicest apartment builing in the area. There are alot of college students living here which is hasn't been a problem for me. The management is good and they have good customer service skills. We have had some issues with the fire alarm going off but that's about it. There use to be a problem with parking but it's not too bad now but it can be kinda creepy walking in the lot at night especially if you have to park in the far back. They are currently in the process of renovating the apartments so if you move in now your unit should be newly or recently renovated. We pay $1300 for 2b/2b with all utilies included and although more than what we wanted to pay, it's worth it.

Ok I am not sure which Avondale Overlook you were living in or maybe you were just living there under a rock because the majority of the people who work in management are not professional at all!
