If you are looking to move into a high priced dormitory Avondale Overlook is the place for you. Or better yet if you like to party with your property manager and college students (even though they appear to be sooo professional) Avondale Overlook is the place for you. If it were managed by a man it may be more professional. If you are a faghag just like the property manager and the assistant manager Avondale Overlook is the place for you. If you like to work out better make sure you have a gym membership because the property amenity "gym" equipment sucks (it s not what you see online) please don't be fooled by the wonderful online photos. Overpriced' But of course. Oh and let's not forget the car theft or the stealing of catalyst converters from tenants cars in broad daylight. I think I have made my point; one year was enough for me.

i'm not trying to be bias but it sounds like you have a grudge (besides the car theft thing). high rent is one thing but college neighbors (mind you that you are 5 min from UMD) and a bad gym (that you don't have to use) won't help me in my quest for a new place

Well I do agree with the whole gym thing-it is pretty bad and stuffy...not the worse, but definitely nowhere close to the best. Having a nice, comfortable reliable gym is important to some people though. I too was a college student while living there and didn't have any problems on my floor with other college student having parties or being loud. However, my problem has been with my neighbor (an older guy) who blast his TV from 12am to about 6am or 7am...Of course management hasn't addressed this problem either...

i actually like the gym..i think it's one of the buildings better qualities.
