Seemed like such an excellent complex when we visited it but turned out not to be that way at all. Constant problems with cockroaches - even when we were bleaching our counters daily, our neighbor seemingly was not. Management claimed to check cleanliness of all apartments, but clearly did not. I heard there were also serious rat problems on the lower floors. Also, a large feral cat colony lives on the property, which management has done nothing about, allowing them to continue to breed and breed. The kittens are pretty cute, but they all end up feral in the end.

The coup d'etat was really the night that a fight broke out in the apartment next door, and then spilled out into the hallway where two young men proceeded to bleed heavily from facial wounds onto the carpet for a bit, before leaving briskly in an attempt to escape the police. The resident responsible for the party (and the underage drinking therein) is still living there as of last month (this incident was about 6 months ago).

And finally, having moved out into a cheaper, nicer, friendly little apartment with a backyard and a much nicer location, we have been served with not one but two fraudulent bills attempting to extract additional rent money from my roommate and I.

The place is nothing but a disaster - nice at times, but truly unbearable many others.

Oh, and I forgot to even mention the night the power went out in our apartment because of a blown fuse, and we called emergency maintenance and then ended using candles the whole night because apparently "No electricity in the entire apartment, including the BATHROOM" does not qualify as a maintenance emergency. Go figure that one out.

I completely agree with everything you've stated above... I currently reside there and thought it was because I wasn't bleaching the counter enough so I bleached it even more and no change in the roach problem... Also the noise in the hallway is ridiculous, I'm a partier myself but it just gets ridiculous... I cannot wait to move out.
