Considering the area, Avondale is much better than what i'd anticipated! The leasing staff is small but they are efficient. If i've had anything that needed to be fixed or changed they are quite responsive. The apartments are a great size and well lit with nice size windows. I've noticed that there are a lot of college students here. Most would see this as a problem but notice i said students, not kids! The people i've seen and met so far are of the older crowd of students. I've never had a problem with noise because of a party or anything. I've been here less than a year but this is turning out to be much better than my last apt!
The parking is good for people that live here but if you have guest, they have to find off site parking which i don't really like.
