I only lived in this apartment complex for a few months. I was subletting during the summer. I must say that since the apartment was actually owned by a third party and not the complex itself, we had extraordinary service. Anytime anything went wrong our landlord took care of it, no questions asked. We never had to deal with the complex staff except for minor stuff but they were always very nice. The apartment itself was nicely painted, newly carpeted and had a gas stove, which was really wonderful.

The main problem were the roaches. They were quite disgusting! I was upset that we had to deal with them AND pay such a high rent at the same time. I live in Florida now and we don't have this kind of bug problem. Anyway, that was my only complaint
