I lived in Belcrest for approx 1 year and it took management half of the winter before they actually believed that my heating system was NOT working...same as the summer, on 90 degree days, my vents would blow hot air... my tub use to back up with dirty and gritty greasy black water as well as my sink on days that it would rain...ROACHES, let's not even talk about it!!!! i would NEVER EVER reccmnd' Belcrest apartments to anyone...seriously, my experience there was the worst that I'd ever had living in apartments and trust me, i lived in a studio in DC for 2 and a half years prior that Belcrest and never experienced such disgust.
