Roaches are still a giant problem. Office staff is insensitive and discourteous. Parking was a huge problem but the management finally got wind of the fact that this is not a prison residents pay to live in but competitively priced apartments in which humans reside. They speak in voice and with pen to those whose rents pay them as though they are doing residents a favor to allow them to stay. No wonder the turnover rate is high. It is rumored that the bad treatment is part of the plan to displace lower-middle income residents with upper income residents in a couple of years after they make modest improvements.
