I'm back to review again. Belcrest needs to get their damn accounting books right. I lived in "Hell-crest" all last year. I escaped around this time last year. I was living with a boyfriend who became an ex while we were still living there together. He often withheld his 1/2 of the rent for petty reasons. I begged Belcrest everyday for them to let me pay my 1/2 and release me out of the lease. I even told all the horrible things my ex was doing to me but they said my ex had to sign an agreement form to let me out which he refused. I found a better apartment and by some miracle they decided to release me legally, leaving my ex solely responsible for the last month's rent. "Surprisingly," he skipped out on them and keeps dodging them moving from state to state. So what does Belcrest do' They keep sending ME letters to my new peaceful establishment threatening lawsuit after lawsuit. Then I have to call them up and cuss them out. Its redundant.
WARNING: If you are going to rent at Belcrest, stay away from the apartments that are on the outside with their own private entrance. If you take a closer look, most of them are usually abandoned because when it rains, somehow water floods from underneath you and will SOAK (and I do mean soak) your entire unit and dangerous mold will form.
VISITORS w/ vehicles: If you have visitors make sure they have a parking pass because B & C AutoClinic from College Park, MD scours that lot night and day towing cars for the dumbest reasons. Bratty tenants also call if you park in "their" space. MESSAGE TO BELCREST: GET YOUR ---- RIGHT. LEAVE ME THE F*CK ALONE!!! I PAID MY RENT FOR EVERY MONTH I LIVED THERE. MY EX ROOMMMATE IS THE ONE WHO IS STILL LEGALLY BOUND TO THE LEASE, NOT ME, SO GET IT STRAIGHT! KEEP MY NAME OUT YOUR MOUTH, YOUR BOOKS, AND EVERY OTHER RECORD. I DON'T EXIST TO YALL!!! I REFUSE TO LET YOU PEOPLE RUIN MY GOOD CREDIT. Im not worried because I still have the lease termination papers I signed. Haha
