arent you an immigrant too? or its that only --------- are immigrants here, but anyways yes I'am hispanic and just to inform you if you didnt know ------- Americans, whites, asians and just about everyone else has roaches and if you ever lived in a situation like that its because you are a dirty a** person dont try to blame any one else for your actions cause yeah some hispanic people are dirty but so are many ------- americans, whites and dont get me wrong I'am not racist like you i would never step down to your level, I dont care what you are to me you are a person, and another thing do only --------- have kids? First of all the majority of people who live in belcrest apts are puerto rican and mexican and --------- there is a small amount of black people who live in belcrest.Obviously you are one of the dirty ones or you would have never responded back to what I said. You all are ------- dirty and live like slobs 4 and 5 people to ond ------- apt or maybe 2 apts at the most with all those ---------. So dont get mad at me cause Im calling it like I see it. And we are not talking about other races we are talking about belcrest plaza residents who are majority --------, ---------, and -------------. And all Im saying is dont give the apts a bad rating just clean up after your nasty asses!

I can't believe that this is the way minorities behave! You wonder why we are looked down upon. The apartments are not clean because of the residence & the managment. The management should have no tolerence for an unclean enviorment. I live in a building with --------- and ------- americans. Their apartments might have all of things but mine does not, why do you ask because I wash my dished after every meal and clean my apartment top to bottom once a week. I moved here not to long ago and I am ashamed to say I live near people with opinions like this. I hope my child will not become a victim of someones hate! This site is about rating apartments not racial bashing. Oh yes & by the way I am an ------- American. So think before you speak. Belcrest over all is not a bad place to live seeing as though the pricing is pretty hard to beat. One thing... If you were so bad you would not have been Anonymous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Belcrest will be brought down by people like you and the the filth! Management take heed to the type of people you have living in your complex. You need to do a personality screening!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel sorry for the ignorant people who feel the need to put others down just so they can feel better about themselves. The RACIST card is the first one they pull out. I wonder if this WYNTER person is the same Ms. Wynter i use to know at Belcrest (the one with a 2 kids -toddler & newborn). I use to live there and since then, purchased a home. Beleive me, we all work hard to get what we want out of life and stupid language like yours needs to be kept to yourself. IF you ever become a homeowner, you will truly see how filthy or neat YOU keep your space. And then there will be no one to blame but yourself. Next time you feel like lashing out statistics like that, do your damn homework first. you're embarassing yourself online. -PS Love your neighbors, you might run into them at a time of need. Wow. I don't live in this complex but I almost moved here. The reason I didn't was because of the infestation that a resident told me about before I signed a lease. This was probably posted by someone from management made at the reviews.

It makes no difference weather you are nasty or clean. If your neighbor has roaches and mice then you will also have them too. It is management's responsiblity to handle the problem.

Yes i believe that once your neighbor has rodents you to will also have rodents....because i just moved here in january...n my mom is a neat freak...but we still have roaches and mice...every night we throw out the garbage and clean up but they still have a-lot of roches n mice...anyways we got rid of the mice...but there is still a-lot of roaches...but the best way to get rid of the mice is to buy a-lot of steel wool and find ALL the holes in your home...n fill them up with the steel wool...i guarantee that you will not have any more mice in your home...the mice could never bite through or squeeze through the steel wool...

I think most of the issues are due to poor management. They need training how to resolve issues.
