Belcrest Plaza is a HORRIBLE place to live. This place has a Bed Bug, Roach, and Mice, Infestation, it truly needs to be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up. I live here now and my skin is a mess from the allergic reactions to the infestation. My boyfriend and I complained about the promblems here. These people have the Worst maintenence crew ever, My refridgerator was leaking for months when and I notified them of the beg bug problem low and behold someone came to fix my fridge, I had to throw away my new bed,comforters,sheets, and pillows and box spring mattress, I am allergic to animals, and these people assured me I was living in a pet free buiilding so ask me why is there two dogs and a set of birds living in my building I asked the property if they had a roach,mice,bug problem they told me no I guess people will tell you anything to get your money. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX YOU WILL HAVE A BETTER CHANCE IN A DUMPSTER!!!!!!!
