I just moved out of these apartments after living there for one year. I was told before I moved in that it wasn t a very nice place to live, but I was impressed by living across the street from the mall. Well anyway I honestly I didn t have any problems until February. I had just come back from out of town when I walked into my apartment and the lights were on, the drawers were open and it had appeared that there was a break in, but the door was locked and there was no sign of forced entry. I noticed that the only item that was missing was my Dell Laptop, so I called the police. I know it was one of the maintenance crewmen who came to my apartment regularly. They usually come in to fix something when the tenant isn t home, so he knew the computer was there and he had the nerve to set the stage as if a grown man could actually fit through those tiny windows. I don't believe a two year old could fit through those windows on the second floor balcony. I filed a police report. The policeman told me it was an inside job and I had my locks changed. I approached the staff with my break in/walk in and they were so inconsiderate and unprofessional that I couldn t wait for my lease to be up. Nothing could have kept me in that apartment any longer than I had to be there.

Make sure you keep copies of your receipts or they will try to charge you for payments you ve already made, because they don't keep good records. They also have a bad way of leaving notes for the tenants. I would think if you have a problem with something you would take the time to pick up the telephone and call them and if you dont' get a response then leave a letter/note. This was how maintenance knew I wasn t home, because they left letters on my door. It's funny they can pick up the telephone when they want your business, but after you move in you can forget it.
