Yes, there is definitely still a problem. I am moving out at the end of this month and plan to post a fair and objective view of this place. But, I strongly strongly advise you NOT to move in here no matter what deal you are given. I cannot stress that enough.

omg!! i'm also planning 2 move in a few days. I am kinda scared because of the bedbugs plus i have my newborn with me.

i cant agree more just moved out of belcrest my self my apartment was broken in toand i lived facing the mall and if u dont have renters insurance for get it management is very nasty u also get ur cartowed even if u live there somethink its an in side job i lived there for a year affter cussing management out i left know one should have to live in those terrible conditions
